Courteous and helpful. Repairs are for the mostpart well done. Althought given specific instructions, some were not followed, so some problems still remain after a bill of approx. $2000.00. It'a shame.

Was in a rush yesterday to my son's appointment, my tire was running low and I didn't have spare change for the machine, Danny the mechanic out of his way to help me. Was very helpful. Nice people still exist. Thanks again.

Was overcrowded with the promotion. Could not get help to buy something that was under lock and key. Was told that the key was lost.

I went in the store on January 21, 2022 to purchase some goods, all I wanted was some rope, but couldn't find it, and it was not with the other tie-downs. I asked in English one, to one of the floor people, because my French is not great. He says to me "don't understand, speak French" in English. I repeated my request and again he growled "what do you want? Speak French" again in English. I said in my best French, the product and gave me directions in French, which I didn't understand. I said something back in Pigeon French and walked out. I truly believe that the workers in that store need training in sensitivity and probably race relations. Because he responded in pretty good English, and he was not even trying to be nice, or helpful. Not going back there, and I don't recommend it to others.

One of the best Canadian Tire locations in Quebec. Large clean store with helpful staff. Contrary to many Canadian Tire locations, you never (or at least very rarely) wait at the checkout. The store is well stocked and the staff is very available and useful.

Car inspections are really good, but I notice every single one of Canadian tires really have a busy team at the service. Many would agree. It's hard to reach service when calling, and when you're there at the counter, they are stressed out and don't have much time to answer to calls and not enough workers to speed up the clientele process. I give it a 3 because of that. On hold for 25+ mins is ridiculous.
